I missing some czech characters on VVX300, for example ř or ť, bold ě in softkey is shown as normal thin. I tried last FW, some older FWs. Its ok on IP series or VVX400/600, only this model is bad. Is there any solution to fix ?

Hello Frenk,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The Czech Language is not one of the officially supported languages for our phones and are therefore not advertised for such language.
Stating the above the VVX400 and VVX500/600 use a different display which comes with Czech font support.
Unfortunately the VVX300 / VVX310 does not come with the support for Czech and an external font would be required to be loaded.
In the past we had ways or provided other Slavic fonts for the SoundStation / SoundPoint series but for the VVX300 an external company is creating these.
The Examples in the Admin Guide did not include enough detail and we will correct this in future releases.
In order for yourself or your customers to be able to display these fonts you will need to contact http://www.dynacw.com/ as we simply do not have the license to distribute these fonts.
The VVX 3XX phones render only .bdf/.qpf font files and require most likely a 12px font files. These kind of providers usually have various sizes as Arabic for example requires a 8px.
I will in addition and try to reach out to the Polycom sales Engineer covering the Czech Republic.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
