Hi All,
We have been experiencing some issues with our Poly CCX 400's and C60's with obtaining an IP address automatically from a dedicated Voice VLAN. Historically we have not had any issues, For example the below is an example of a VVX 410 which works perfectly;
But on the CCX, we are not seeing those LLDP messages being responded to at all;
The configuration on the switches are VERY plain, Below is one example;
Any help here is appreciated as I have been through Poly support and HP support to try and get to the bottom of this with no wins yet 😞
Kind Regards,
Dan

Hello @Daniel_G ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.
This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible
if you are using already UC Software 7.2.0 I suggest you follow this up via our support team as you stated you are already working with us. Please share the case reference so I can follow this up.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Hello @Daniel_G
nobody is rejecting your request. I suggest you read my answer and then make an effort to supply the minimum basic details. Also share the Poly ticket reference. This is all outlined as explained and should come with a post for us volunteers to try and help.
Best regards
Steffen Baier
