I am moving to a new office soon, and am planning on acquiring and configuring a VVX 601. What I would like to do is configure the phone to use one SIP account for a VoIP service for my personal business, and a second SIP account for me to receive calls from my work number (which also uses a 601 through the company VoIP service). Since I haven't purchased the phone yet, I don't know the firmware version, but presume that it will be the most current version available. I'm planning on a -25 model, so Skype for Business is not at issue here.
My questions are: Can I run this configuration on a VVX 601? If so, is there a minimum version of firmware I will require to do so? Lastly, can you point me to a resource (links are perfectly acceptable) to help with the configuration/provisioning of a set up like this?
Many thanks!
