We are testing Poly phones on a new Netsapiens platform, and need to set the command to download a firmware version toPoly phones by entering the information in device Overides so the command is placed in the configuration file sent to the phones. I need that command line to add to the config file via Overide statement.

Hello @SaddlebackVoIP2 ,
Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application version you use. For example Microsoft Teams, Zoom rooms, etc.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions. This is stated in the FAQ or Read 1st section and explain why this is important.
For your actual question, I am unaware of what you mean by overrides or Netsapien. Do you mean DHCP Provisioning?
Please provide some more details for us Volunteers and the minimum required detail as requested.
If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature
Best regards
Steffen Baier
Notice: I am an HP Poly employee but all replies within the community are done as a volunteer outside of my day role. This community forum is not an official HP Poly support resource, thus responses from HP Poly employees, partners, and customers alike are best-effort in attempts to share learned knowledge.
If you need immediate and/or official assistance for former Poly\Plantronics\Polycom please open a service ticket through your support channels
For HP products please check HP Support.
Please also ensure you always check the General VoIP , Video Endpoint , UC Platform (Microsoft) , PSTN
