welcome to the HP Poly community. Our Public VoIP FAQ outlines this is not supported by HP Poly and you should buy the right phone.

Since the move to HP Support the old links no longer work but I updated the post.

Again, as stated in the FAQ this is not supported by HP Poly and you should buy the right phone.

Resolution: The process is not officially supported by Poly.

• If you want a VVX in Obi Edition please purchase the ObiEdition
• If you want a VVX in UC Software please purchase a VVX in UC Edition

as explained in the VoIP FAQ and in my reply, the process is not supported by HP Poly and you should purchase the correct hardware.

You will need to create a login to access the link if you still want to go ahead despite the above explanation.
