Hello Support,
i have problems regarding Polycom CX5000 with MacBooks. There is no Video possible (Audio is ok) - tried with Lync for Mac 2011 and FaceTime.
Im using the newest MAC OS X El Capitan Version and the Software is up to date. Its working fine with Windows Notebooks.
Is there any solution for the video issue with Macs using CX5000?
Regards

Hello AS01,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Is this a CX5000 or a CX5100 or CX5500?
The Video format used on a MAC is not compatible to my knowledge with the CX5000.
The latest 1.2.0 Release added MAC Support for the CX5100/CX5500
