Hello,
I have a soundpoint 331 phone attached to a yeastar myPBXSOHO unit. I received a call from my phone provider telling me that there was iregular activity on my phone line. When I checked my call logs I see that there were phone calls made from the unit via my PBX to all kinds of countries around the world.
Has anyone else ever had a similar experience? What can be done to make these phone more secure?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hello Jonathan,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The Feature Descriptions & Technical Notifications page holds various informations regarding security issues and it is always best practise to keep the Software of the phones up to date.
I suggest you check with your Provider what kind of breach was used and ensure you update the phone to the latest Version.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
