Hi there. I have a vvx350 running UC Software Version 6.4.4.3219.
I am trying to locate more documentation on the Pagination feature. I have successfully enabled pagination on my phone and can now toggle between 4 pages. However, I am unable to get any addresses to show on page 2, 3 or 4. Only on the primary, page 1.
On the Web UI, I am going to Utilities > Line Key Configuration, clicking "Add Line Key Function", choosing Static BLF, giving the line key a label, address and setting the type. I have saved the configuration. The Web UI shows the new entry as the 7th line item.
But when I toggle my vvx350 to page 2, the new entry doesn't show up.
I've also downloaded the config file for the phone, and I can see the address entry for line 7 in the config file, but still, no love on the phone itself.
I've rebooted the phone.
Any suggestions on what to try next? I really want to take advantage of this great feature. I couldn't find documentation on creating new BLF line items, just how to enable Pagination.
Thank you.
*Edited to include that I do have "feature.enhancedFeatureKeys" enabled (set to 1).

Hello @toadly ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
A good idea would be to share the config or a backup of what you are using at present. Does this work for BLF if not enabling the pagination?
The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organization as the community is run by volunteers only.
