- Picking up another persons extension from my desk on Polycom...

Hello,
We have need to pick up a another persons extension if they are away from thier desk but I do not know how to do this on the new Polycom 335 phones we just installed. Anyone have a suggestion or guidance please.

Hello Jan,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
This functionality completely depends on the SIP switch you are using.
Usually its a number or a star code that enables the call pickup and you would need to inquire this with whoever setup your system.
Depending if you use one line only on the phone you could program this on the other line key.
The VoIP FAQ can be consulted for details on this.
