I am installing Poly B20 to 2 switches, Cisco and Aruba. The connection to Cisco is ok. It can register to IP PBX. Can make calls.
But the B20 connected via Aruba switch, it can not register to IP PBX, because ping is RTO.
Anyone has this kind of problem?

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.
