Hello @marsian ,
It should have a different HW revision. Who did you do the RMA with? Polycom directly?
Both the Box and the Phone should have a C1 HW revision.

Hi Steffen,
yes, the phone was RMA'd via the Poly support and the Amsterdam EMEA center.
The box says Revision C actually , while the Homescreen of the device after a HTTPS logon says Revision A?

Ours are still doing it only when you answer with Speaker Phone. Strange that the Issue only occurred when we updated the firmware and Poly kept asking for us to RMA them. We are still holding out for a Firmware update will finally fix the issue.- no joy so far it has been over 6 months.

So far no currently used software version was posted so I am unable to verify. The latest 7.0.2 should contain all available fixes. If there still is an issue a RMA is needed.
