Have 2 Trio C60 in our company, but both are not able to use.
The screen do not lid up no matter what you press.
Did try unplug the POE cable and let it cool down for 1hr/day. still same result.
Also did try a reset by pressing the 4 corner. see that LED light did change but screen still no response.

Welcome to the HP Poly community.
Not knowing the age or the history of these devices, most likely they will need an RMA.
