Whether I try to login to the Trio C60 phone using device login method, https://microsoft.com/devicelogin or use the "Sign in on this device" method, the screen goes back to the refresh code or gives me an error when logging in to Teams.  Prior to the latest update to Ver. 9.1, I had no problem logging into Teams on the Trio C60.

I've tried resetting the phone, removing it from Intune, and setting up a new phone, but every time it updates the firmware to Ver. 9.1, Teams fails.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Shelly-MDA ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

Is your Teams tenant AOSP enabled?

I would contact our Partner Microsoft as they are creating the Apps you use to sign into Microsoft Teams, they are hosting the Teams platform, and they know their requirements around what needs to be enabled in Microsoft Teams to use PVOS 9.1 with Microsoft AOSP.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
