We purchased a Trio C60 and wanting to know if there is a way to remove the Bluetooth option from the main screen. We disabled Bluetooth but it still shows up as an option

Hello @jkuder70 ,
Welcome back to the HP community. I have removed this unrelated post from >here<
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application version you use. For example, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms, USB mode, SIP/H.323 mode, etc.
This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.
Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.
Please also share the configuration you used to disable what you did.
Most likely to disable all Bluetooth:
<web feature.bluetooth.enabled="0"
bluetooth.radioOn="0"
feature.nfc.enabled="0"
apps.android.statusBar.Bluetooth="0"
bluetooth.device.discoverable="0" />
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best regards
Steffen Baier

This is what I see when webbed into phone

Even with that, the Bluetooth Icon is still displayed on homescreen.

Hello @jkuder70 ,
I suggest upgrading to a currently supported Version.
- Please be aware that upgrading to PVOS 9.1.0 will no longer allow a downgrade.
- Upgrading to PVOS 9.0.0 will update the Android Version
- I would suggest a current PVOS 8.1.7 version
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
