Poly Trio Pass-through Installer

In our company, we have the Poly Trio 8300 and 8800 and we would like to use these at some scenarios as audio devices. 

Where do we get the software "Poly Trio Pass-through"?

welcome to the HP Poly community.

You have posted in an incorrect section and a volunteer has moved your post. It has been moved to a section that is more suitable for you.

The Poly Pass-Through software is used for Poly Trio Phones when paired with a Visual+ or compatible Trio 8800 with a VisualPro to be used as a Microphone, Speaker, and Camera.

Resolution: A Poly Trio paired with a Visual+/VisualPro can use the passthrough software since UC Software 5.9.2 as shown >here<

If you are not using a paired Visual device then you can just use a normal USB cable and connect the Trio to a PC or Apple Mac and use it as a speaker or microphone without the need for extra drivers.

If you are using this with a Visual device then you will need to contact our support organization as due to the move the old Poly Support page has not moved these to HP Support.
