How do we go about getting device action to work within poly ZTP? Which allows for Factory Reset, Reboot Device, Packet Capture ect. They are just greyed out. Device action documentation makes it seem that it should be available with supported devices.

Welcome to the HP Poly community.
We have no idea which Poly Phone you are seeing this issue with, as you did not provide this information. We also do not know if this has ever worked for you or if this is a day-one issue.
