HI
We have numerous sites with Polycom 2033 conference phones which work with Nortel/Avaya systems however we are moving to shoretel, and inital look the 2033 wont work with Shoretel systems, is there a way of getting them to work (a new firmware)

These phone have been specifically manufactured for our Partner Nortel / Avaya and cannot be converted.
