Hi people!
We have these polycom 330 with the 2 lines configured
Line 1 is our main pbx
Line 2 is diffent pbx we have for backup
The problem is when both lines are enabled at the same time the calls get mixed, calls for line 1 enters on line 2 and calls from lines 2 enters on line 1.
Any suggestion why is this happening?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used SIP or UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
