Hello, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Could you please check your phone for the IP address?
If it is valid, please contact your service provider to reset the configuration of the IP address.

Hello  @FarzadOstovari ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

From our FAQ:

Oct 21, 2022 Question: How can I check who provides the service for my phone or who is my Provider?

Resolution: Please check >here<

The above should help you to work with whoever provides your service as the phone seems to have a network issue it cannot register with your SIP provider and on a reboot cannot connect to the provisioning server.

This would cause the error message you see.

Please be aware that the SoundPoint IP 335 is end of life and end of support.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
