I have a Polycom CX100 on a certain PC. After standby the the device shows error code 37 , also if you unplug it and put it back in you get the same issue. I have updated the chipset and the usb drivers on the unit = same issue. the unit was tested on another pc and worked fne. also took a know good device and swapped it in same exact issues. same model too .
i checked a couple posts and it says to get the driver from microsoft , i do not like this , primarily becuse you cant find it there
please let me know of any thought or solution to repaitr this , or if there is some knowledge on this that i am not finding.

Hello TZ,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Polycom does manufacture the CX100 but all driver support comes from the Microsoft LYNC client and any issues would need to be reported via Microsoft.
It is most likely an incompatibility of your yet unknown operating system and the motherboard chipset drivers.
The Error message is produced by the Microsoft driver so you would need to inquire with Microsoft.
You already excluded a hardware issues as the same unit works on another PC.
Please ensure, once you contact Microsoft or use one of their community's to at least mentioned the model / manufacturer of the PC and what operating system you are using.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
