Hi everybody,
I installed yesterday our new Polycom CX5000.
But it won't start.
There is only the Power cord and the USB connected. No Rj11 or RJ45 ...
The Screen show the Boot-Up Process but it won't complete on itself ...
How can I get this thing to work?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
Is this a CX5000 Panoramic Camera ?
If yes, the standard CX5000 or a CX5000HD ?
I would suggest you check the guide => here <= on how to factory reset the unit.
If above fails you need to speak to your Reseller to get an RMA.
