I have just purchased 3 brand new IP560 SIP phones from a business contact who had a few spare from his installation.
When plugged into either of my PoE switches (HP and CISCO), all three create a buzzing/chirping sound from the back. The noise seems to get louder once I made a call. Is this normal for the 560 SIP.
Thanks Daren

Hello Daren,
I have not heard this and would suggest to disconnect the Phones. Have you got any other Polycom phones that you could test via PoE?

Hello,
can you email me the MAC Addresses of all 3 so I can check internally if we are aware of anything and also the Hardware Revision?
Just use the Forum Mail.
