Hello, I accidently formatted the file system on my IP6000. I obtained 4.0.15 software but need detail instructions on how to setup simple ftp server, on the PC and Polycom phone (I installed FileZilla) so that the ip6000 get to the ftp server and installs SIP software.
If you have a known http site where I can get the files that would be even better,

Resolution: Please check => here <= and you need Poly Lens now to get access to Poly Software.

Thank you, I did go thru all these yesterday, I guess the issue is to setup the local provisioning server, the phone is not getting to it, it keeps rebooting and shows application not present
I was wondering if you would have a site to replace the voipt2.polycom.com/

A quick search for voipt2.polycom.com finds >Search - HP Support Community<
voipt2.polycom.com has been decommissioned and for this out of warranty and end of sale or support phones you need to set up a local server. Check your firewall allows the traffic.
