I am  trying to connect a Polycom Sound Station IP 3000 to my 3 Com NBX 100 without success

 

Do you know if this kind of device is compatible and can be installed on my NBX system.

Hello dnamroud,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The SoundStation IP 3000 is end of sale and end of life so there are no official links for any support documentation on our homepage as far as I am aware.

 

It was a H.323 device to my knowledge but I am unaware if it has ever been interoperability tested with the switch you intend to use it.
