Polycom SoundPoint IP 650 rebooting

I have an issue where an IP650 has a single sidecar configured with BLF's. When the user's configured as BLF's call each other it dims the display and the date and time is lost. In extreme case when most of the BLF's are in use it reboots the phone.

The firmware being used is 4.0.3.

This happens when using POE or using the 48v power brick.

This is happening across multiple sites.

Any help gratefully received!!

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This has already been discussed on various other post's and you should be able to find these via the community search.

The correct way forward is to raise a case with Polycom support via your Polycom reseller so Polycom support can verify that this is similar to previous reported issues and target this accordingly.
