I am trying to provision a Soundstation IP 5000 using a Vodia provision server, however the config has been corrupted and will not download correctly.
I have tried to factory reset the IP 5000 so I can manually config the server settings instead, however I cannot get the unit to reset.
I have tried pressing 1,3,5,7 simultaneously during the reboot with no success.
Can someone give me some help?

"You can use a multiple key combination to reset your phone to the factory defaults. Depending on your phone model, press and hold the following keys simultaneously during the Updater/BootROM countdown process until the password prompt displays...."
