Polycom Trio 8800 Poe power requirements?

Hi,

We've just got the Polycom Trio 8800 for our office and it won't pick up the network via the LAN cable? Our Poe injector is a 48V unit, is that too low for this unit and could that be the reason it isn't connecting to the network?
