To reset the RealPresence Trio Visual+ to factory defaults at power up:

1 Power on the RealPresence Trio Visual+.

2 When the pairing button light turns on, press and hold the pair button.

3 Let go of the pair button when the light begins flashing.

So i've done the following, restart the Visual +, hold down the button, when it blinks let go, but it is yet to release the static IP address that i once gave it. Im wanting to to be DHCP rather. Is this a different process?

Hello @Aweihl ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The above-mentioned FAQ has not changed. As long as the LED's then flash in the described order the reset will work.

Or simply use a USB stick and load a configuration to load a DHCP configuration.

If this fails please work with your Poly reseller.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Do you have the .cfg file?

Hello @Aweihl ,

Dec 04, 2015 Question:How can I provision/upgrade the software via USB for the Poly Trio and/or Visual+?

Resolution: Please check this post => here <=

Basically the reverse option of manual:

<auto device.set="1"
		device.dhcp.enabled.set="1"
		device.dhcp.enabled="1"
		device.net.ipAddress.set="0"
		device.net.ipAddress=""
		device.net.subnetMask.set="0"
		device.net.subnetMask=""
		device.net.IPgateway.set="0"
		device.net.IPgateway=""
		device.dns.serverAddress.set="0"
		device.dns.serverAddress=""/>
