The MAC address is the serial number of the device.

 

In regards to your jQuery question a Google search >here< finds many ways to simply scan for a vunerability.

Perhaps the VVX311 is too old to open a support ticket then. The MAC will not pull anything up on the support site to be able to open a ticket.

Thanks for that link! Researching now. Edit: Seriously?!?! A Google search link?!?! I TOLD YOU what jQuery version was being seen in our security scans and simply asked someone to confirm that the version seen in the scan is correct. From reading past versions of software releases, jQuery version that we're seeing should have been resolved prior to the software version currently on the phone, which is why it is confusing. The software version we're on is over a year old, but the jQuery finding on our scan showed resolved back in 2020 versions of your software. I don't understand why this is so confusing for such a seemingly simple thing to answer. So frustrating.
