All,

I have a client who has switched VOIP providers and wants to utilize their existing handsets (Polycom VVX 411) with Google Voice.
From my research, I see that Poly VVX Obi edition phones (certain models) are compatible.  I don't believe the firmware available for the Obi edition phones will work on the VVX models, but want to get confirmation.

I believe the client will need to purchase new handsets to use Google Voice, but I'm looking to confirm.

Hello @jpmsp2024 ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

Only compatible VVX 150, VVX 250, VVX 350, or VVX 450 can be changed between ObiEdition or UC Software.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
