Hello, I have recently encountered an issue with my polycom VVX411 IP phone. It initally froze up, and then started bootlooping. I factory reset it and now it boots up again but it will not allow me to access the setup menu. I am able to log into it, but it immediately goes to "uploading log files" then reboots. I am currently unable to use the phone.

It seems that the device needs to be replaced. I would request that you contact our HP Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.

is there any key shortcut that I can use to attempt to get the phone out of this loop of sending logs/rebooting due to "missing application"?
