Hi Community, I have a Poly VVX 450 Ip Phone
Firmare Details : Phone InformationPhone ModelVVX 450Part Number3111-48840-001 Rev:AMAC Address64:16:7F:70:4D:65IP ModeIPv4IP Address192.168.0.14UC Software Version6.4.6.2656Updater Version6.4.6.2240
I set up my Sip account from this provider that I joined almost 10 years : https://orchestra.irideos.it/
Server is :voip.eutelia.it
when I try to make any calls after 30 seconds the call dropped
I get the following error :

Can you help me with that, please?
I have another phone (Cisco) but I don't have that issue

Hello @salvodipa ,
welcome to the HP Poly community. This sounds like a keep alive or firewall issue. The Logs snippet shared has nothing to do with the call.
From our VoIP FAQ:

Resolution: Please check => here <=
Please get some usable logs and share these with your VoIP provider.

Hi Steffen, thank you for your help, I'm struggling to use Wire struggle
to be honest I installed an App (Zoiper) on my mobile phone and used the same network by wifi connected to the same router, I don't have that issue, how is this possible?

You can use the FAQ post to try and help you or assist your SIP provider. If this fails, and no other volunteer replies, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
