VVX 250

I purchased my polycom VVX250 from ringrx and every time I receive an incoming call, it will reboot the phone and send call to voicemail or mobile phone app. I can only make outgoing calls. I need to be able to answer incoming calls on the desk phone and don't like answering it on my cellphone app. How do I fix this. This is the second phone they sent me that does this. I did not have an issue 4 months ago. I cannot access the IP address to see if it needs an update.

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using. It woud also be of interest if this is a UC Edition or ObiEdition.

 

From our VoIP FAQ:

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. There is a known KB Article 66485 on the HP Poly end.
