Hi,
I work for a architect company where we each have a Polycom VVX410 on our desks. We all recieve the call from the main line and can transfer calls to one another. But we have to guess which line is each phone as we cant figure out how to change the names of each line.
How do i do this?
Also, each phone has a number on one of the lines, ranging from 700-706. what do these mean and do?

Hello Sam,
that is not a Valid Software Version but again please contact whoever setup your Phones as they need to change this.

Hello Sam,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
Please also include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC / Skype for Business server.
If LYNC or Skype please provide Version details and if these are on premise of off premise
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

In answer to your real issue I suggest to simply contact who setup the Phone system as this is something they should do.
