Hello, we have a few of these phones running the latest FW and would like to use some of them to dial internal extensions only.
These are public facing phones and cant dial any numbers other than other internal phones.
Our VoIP provider does not offer this feature, I know that if I had a full featured PBX this would work.
I have played with the DIGIMAP but it will dial the extensions and regular numbers as well, even though the only rule that is in the mapping is [1]xxx for the 4 digit extensions starting with 1.
Any ideas how to accomplish this?
TIA!

Hello @XC ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow-up post should contain.
This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow-up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible
Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the FAQs listed in my signature for your convenience.
For example:
Oct 7, 2011 Question: Phone unable to Dial a number when Off Hook or on 2nd Call in a Conference or Digitmap issues
Resolution: Please check => here <=
The above has logging you can provide with the other missed parts as required if you are stuck.
The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organisation as the community is run by volunteers only.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
