When a user is on an active call and press Speed dial on the expansion module to dial a number.

Behavior-

On VVX600 and 601 - The phone automatically picks an unused line to dial that number.

On VVX450 and E500- I have to select a new line manually and then press Speed dial to dial a number.

Is there a setting or config that we don't know I want my 450 and 500 to work like VVX600 and 601.

Hello @Mayanksriv007 ,

welcome back to the HP Poly community.

Unfortunately your old post >here< never received an update so the greater community will be unaware of how you solved your issue.

Your new post also does not contain the minimum information required by a new post as already reminded in your previous post.

Best Regards
