I have a polycom ip 7000 having dtmf tone issues when trying to enter a number on any Ivr system. The polycom is running the latest release Uc software version 4.0.15.1009. Is there an settings with in the config file or menu settings i need to change.

welcome to the HP Poly community. Just as an FYI:
The SoundStation IP 7000 and all other UC Software 4.0.x compatible phones have been discontinued and reached end-of-sales on June 30, 2019. They are no longer available for purchase from Poly. Support for the product was available until June 30, 2022.
