Polycom phone to answer the first call that alerted

Hi, when we have multiple calls ringing the phone, and you answer the phone (without needing to select the call), it seems like the phone always select the LAST call that alerts it.

Is there any way we can default the behavior to always select the FIRST call that alerts it ?

I understand we can use the arrow key to select the call, but we want to avoid the manual process.

We are using VVX 450 phones.
