We are facing random polycom 331, 560 and VVX phone reboot randomly. Our phones are configured as DHCP and we checked our POE connnections and all fine because Cisco phones connected to the same LAN does not have issues. Our phones are taking CDP though.
I am attaching some app logs. Kindly check if some one can clarify about the issue

welcome to the Polycom Community.
UCS 3.3.0 is a very old software Version and I suggest you check the support page for the latest and then upgrade the phone.
The log snippet does not show if there are any configuration errors so please ensure you check this on your end.
