We use Poly Lens to provisioning our Phones.
When we upload a <mac>-directory.xml to the Lens Server, the Phone loads this File on next Boot.
The Directory appears on the Extension Module from the Phone. So everything is working as needed.

Now a User deletes one of these Keys local on the phone. After a Reboot ALL Directory entrys are gone.
Sometimes only the first 3 Contacts are visible after restart.

When we do the same with an FTP as a Provision Server, everything works fine. User could delete a key,
and the File on the FTP is updated. After a reboot the rest of the keys are still there.

What could we do, or what do we wrong?

Note: We use Option 160 with the Lens URL per DHCP. Phone is registered in Lens and got all settings from Lens.
We use Microsoft Teams as Communication System.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards
