Experiencing an issue after I tried to update one of our IP Soundstation5000 phone from 3,2.3 to 3.2.4 Rev B. The application to starts to intialize "Welcome". Then throws off an error "Config file Error" Error is: 0x4000
Does anyone have idea how to resolve this? We currently have a FTP site to provision our phones, however I noticed the log files when the boot initiliazes are not storing anymore on our FTP site.
Thanks,

Hello Ronald,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Mar 07, 2013 Question: What does the message "Config file error. Error is <Hex #>" / 0x4020 mean?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Please ensure you always check the community FAQ and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up post’s.
In addition I would suggest to upgrade the phone to a currently supported software version like UC Software 4.0.9
Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
