Is there a config option to prevent the user from changing the volume level for the ringer? We have a customer on a poly 330(3.3.4) that wants to remove the ability to adjust the ringer volume from their receptionist's phone.

I had aplied a configuration for volume lock on my Polycom IP 330 UC Software 3.2.x whit the sintax
<gains
voice.gain.rx.digital.ringer.IP_330="15"
/>
In this way, the volume up and down botton appers change, but the volume not change. OK, until this has the I wanted.
But not it is not working more.
I need from a help too.

Hello hbrambila,
welcome back to the Polycom community.
Some or a couple of your old post(s) => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provided some form of feedback or answer.
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
