Hello @Saikrish1 ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the software version you currently use for the HP Poly product you use and especially the Partner App. For example Microsoft Teams, Zoom rooms, etc.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

This is stated in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.

Also from our VoIP FAQ which can be found via a community search:

Jan 21, 2014 Question: How can I use PTT / Push To Talk / Paging / Page ?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, and no other volunteers reply, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Best regards

Hello @Saikrish1

so your initial statement that the phone is on the latest Version is incorrect as the latest Version for a CCX phone at the time of writing the post is PVOS 9.0.0.

The linked FAQ post should have your answers and give you options to troubleshoot your Problem.

The next step, if no other volunteer replies and a community search cannot help you, would be to open an official Support ticket.

Details are in my signature.

Best Regards
