Hi
I'm trying to get a test IP450 to switch to the Lync base profile via config file, rather than having to later explain to people to simultaneously press 1,2,4,5 and switch manually as per the admin manual. Could someone help with the config file directive needed to get the phone to switch to the Lync profile on first boot?
Thanks,

Hello thefish,
as usual I can only recommend to always check the admin guide:
Page 416 UCS 4.1.0
device.baseProfile
You will need to add device.set="1" as well as with all device parameters.
device.set="1" device.baseProfile.set="1" device.baseProfile="lync"
Best Regards
