[FAQ] How can I set up a conference or how many participants can be in the conference?, Click here to find out!

Hi,

I reckon this might be an eternal issue: I have just checked with speedtest that connecting my laptop via the VVX411's ethernet port I have 20Mbps down and 1Mbps upload speed, whereas connecting the laptop directly to the ethernet socket I have 90 Mbps down and 80 Mbps up. Why is broadband  significalty slower via the VVX411's ethernet?

I would love to use my laptop for landline calls via BToE but can not with such a lower speed.

I have 5.5.2.8571 software version.

Thanks,

Erik
