Hello all,
we just released Software Version 1.3.0 for the CX5500 and the CX5100 Version 1.3.1.110341 software for the Polycom® CX5100 and CX5500 Unified Conference Stations for Microsoft® Lync and Skype for Business.
What is new:
There are no new features in this release for software version 1.3.1.110341 However, the following new fixes are available:
- The Panoramic View Overlay at the bottom of the active speaker video for a 360-degree view on a Mac OS computer can be enabled or disabled. By default, the Panoramic View Overlay feature is disabled.
- A new USB Vendor Special Class (VSC) interface is included to support the CX5100 and CX5500 system’s firmware update from the Microsoft Windows Update server.
- One can control the CX5100 and CX5500 unified conference stations to support the software upgrade using the Windows Update server feature.
- By default, the meeting details of a private meeting are not displayed on CX5500 system’s calendar. However, one can control the meeting details (including meeting subject, invitee(s), location, description, etc.) to be displayed or not on the CX5500 system’s calendar using given parameters.
