I am trying to upgrade from 3.1.3.0439 to 4.0.15

I have found reference to this file

http://downloads.polycom.com/voice/voip/uc/SoundPoint_IP_BootROM_4_4_0_Upgrader_release_sig.zip

but it does not appear to exist, does anyone have a copy or can Polycom/HP please let me know where I can get a copy from

I don't think the SoundPoint IP450 is compatible with Poly Lens

I was hoping that it could still be available within Polycom/HP and made available if needed

I am convinced it was not working on Saturday, spent hours going round in circles looking for it

I have downloaded it and can confirm the phone have updated to the latest BootRom and UC application supported

I think your link was HTTP and not HTTPS
