Hello,

 

It looks like our phones (model: SoundStation IP7000) need to upgrade the firmware from 3.3.3.0069 to 4.0.6.0711. I tried looking up online and failed to find anything useful.

 

Is there a right procedure of upgrading the firmware without bricking the phone?
