Hello gRiMMi,
The SSIP5000 Support Page => here <= has the latest Software Versions with their release date next to it.
The page you quoted is just an overview covering all current phone models.
As you are using SIP you need to install a UC Software 4.0.x
As already mentioned this is at present 4.0.11
If you require support after being unable to follow the outlined FAQ's please open a support ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. In case this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Fehler beim Herstellen der Verbindung zum benutzerdefinierten Server. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut, oder wenden Sie sich an Ihren Netzwerkadministrator, falls das Problem fortbesteht.
my Main Problem is the IP 5000 is working so i can do a normal call, but only when i call a conference room where i have to enter a PIN, i can't enter the code...

Hello gRiMMi,
using an unsupported Software for a Platform that it should not be used with can cause this issue.
I believe there are plenty of DTMF related posts using a LYNC software for a SIP server that could be found via the community search and are fixed once the right software was installed.
In regards to your error:
- Why are you not using the Polycom hosted Server?
- Did you setup a local server hosting an XML file as described in below FAQ post:
Mar 30, 2012 Question: Can I host my own upgrade Server?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
- Why are you not following Option 2 if you use your own server as described in below FAQ post?
Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Everything is described in above FAQ's and should be followed. If you still struggle please open a support ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. In case this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.

Hello gRiMMi,
maybe your corporate firewall is blocking the phone from accessing our hosted server.
You need to either follow:
Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I setup my Phone / Provisioning / Download / Upgrade / Update / Downgrade Software?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
and use Option 2 and setup a FTP Server
or
Mar 30, 2012 Question: Can I host my own upgrade Server?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
or
connect it to an open Internet connection or work with your IT Team.
ALLNET GMBH sold this unit back in 27/06/2014 and I can see there was already ticket 1-616259185 and 1-616557620 open back in 2014.
The unit is now out of warranty and you need to follow the FAQ post's or open a Pay Per Incident Ticket with ALLNET GMBH and pay for support.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
