Hi,
I have to develop a tool to send a specific message and play a sound in certain cases
I succeded to send the message using something like this
<PolycomIPPhone>
<Data priority="Important">
<h1> {0} </h1>
<h2> {1} </h2>
{2}
</Data>
</PolycomIPPhone>
I want to also play a certain sound.
i've used soemthing like this:
<PolycomIPPhone><Data priority="Critical">Play:test.wav</Data></PolycomIPPhone>
Phone reacts on the push message but with default alert sound for push messages
I use ContentType = "application/x-com-polycom-spipx"
Version of softwere is 5.0.0.2079 and find no available updates
Can you guide me on this? I use correct command ? Also can you tell me where should i set that test.wav maybe there i've missed it?
I mention that i looked few days on different development guides and examples on this forum so snding me to read some settings will not be a real help
I also noticed that examples like <PolycomIPPhone><Data priority="Critical">tel:\\3035</Data></PolycomIPPhone> also not works
I'm doing the tool using c#.
Any help will be appreciate 🙂
Thanks

Hello Bogdan,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Polycom no longer owns the SpectraLink since back in April 2013. This is why we closed the separate SpectraLink community => here <=
Please contact SpectraLink directly and I will close this post.
